Data analysis is usually done with the SolarSoft or SunPy libraries, which are developed by the solar physics community
Visualization tools:
- The FESTIVAL tool allows the combined visualization of different data sets
- MEDOC provides a HelioViewer server, accessible via the HelioViewer web app and the JHelioViewer Java client
